Yojoa is a not-for-profit association recognized as being of public interest. We work to develop a society where everyone can develop their full potential on the basis of their skills, and where companies see diversity as an asset, not a problem.

‍Sinceour inception in March 2020, we have been accelerating the professional inclusion of young people from migrant backgrounds and young people with refugee status. Why do we do this? Because we believe that including diversity is a lever for collective intelligence, a source of creativity and innovation, and makes us better as a society. We act at the level of the individual by providing personalized support for young people, at the level of companies and organizations by helping them to address issues of diversity and inclusion, and at the level of society by occupying a space in the public debate on these issues.
