Access to employment for all, without discrimination, is essential to the development of a resilient and healthy society.
In Switzerland, there are systemic barriers to employment for under-represented groups: 70% of refugees and asylum seekers do not find their place in the labour market at national level, 80% in the canton of Geneva. More than 3,500 refugee children and young people under the age of 25 are currently entering the labour market.
Yojoa is developing a social enterprise model that will eventually allow it to generate its own income to cover a significant proportion of its costs. However, we need your support to achieve this and sustain our activities.
