In March 2023, Geneva's Grand Council adopted a general law on equality and the fight against discrimination, intended for and applicable to public administrations (communes and State). In this context, the Bureau d'Intégration des Étrangers commissioned Yojoa to develop specific training on diversity, unconscious bias and racial discrimination.

A pilot phase was carried out, during which three municipalities were trained. This training is now available to all communes in the canton.
