This teambuilding activity aims to promote an open, inclusive working environment that respects diversity.

The aim of this meeting is to enable employees to get to know each other better and understand the richness that diversity brings to the group.

Participants learn to better understand cultural differences and different backgrounds, and to collaborate and work together more effectively. In a dynamic, interactive and playful tempo, exercises are proposed to encourage participants to step out of their comfort zone and connect with colleagues with whom they are not used to working.

Finally, a challenge is proposed to enable participants to put into practice what they have learned and exchanged throughout the workshop.
